




WHAT IS CROSSFIT
CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
All of this is applied into small group classes that are instructor led. Training with your friends does more than make the experience a ton of fun. Our classes are full of energy and motivation and everyone pushes each other to be a better version of themselves.
Training with others also holds you accountable to staying on track. If you miss a couple days you will probably hear it from your class mates to get you back into the gym!
WHAT WE ELSE WE OFFER
PERSONAL TRAINING
Our main focus at CrossFit Nac is our group classes, but we understand that not everyone is ready for group classes just yet. The best way to get you comfortable is with one-on-one training sessions where we can dedicate 100% of our attention to you. One-on-one training sessions are also perfect for athletes who want to work on a specific goal outside of class.


OPEN GYM
We are one of the few CrossFit gyms in the area that provide an Open Gym Option to their members. This is a couple hours each day that they gym is open to anyone who wants to use it. This is a great time for someone who missed a workout and wants to make it up or someone who wants to workout on their own thing outside of classes. We offer Open Gym memberships to members and non-members.
Rowing & Biking
Rowing and Biking are both a top notch way to add in extra cardio with low impact. These machines will burn more calories than running, hitting every major muscle group. Its no surprise these indoor classes have been popping up in recent years because of it!
These machines are available up front in our A/C for your convenient use whenever you please, or if you want a little sunshine you can pull them outside to the turf area.
